‘Robo’ will be out on October 1st promising a clash of the Titans!

The release of ‘Komaram Puli’ has allowed big films to announce their release dates. According to our sources, Sun Pictures have decided to release ‘Endhiran’ and ‘Robo’ on October 1st. The news will most likely be announced in the Trailer Launch program that will be held at Taj Banjara later in the evening today.

‘Endhiran’ is the costliest film made in India so far, and one amongst the costliest films to come from Asia. The number of theaters in which all of ‘Endhiran’, ‘Robo’ and ‘Robot’ (Hindi) will be released is expected to be a record for any Indian film too. So far, only Hrithik Roshan’s film ‘Kites’ was released worldwide in more than 2300 theaters.

It is expected that the movie will first be released in Tamil and Telugu, and only later in Hindi to keep regional fans interested in ‘their language’ film first!

However here’s the big catch. ‘Mahesh Khaleja’ is slated for September 30th release and ‘Brindavanam’ for October 1st. Will ‘Robo’ find enough theaters or will any one of these movies be postponed? The answer to this question lies with the producers of these films. If all these producers continue with their plans, for sure it is going to be a war of the stars and clash of the titan too!
